Delete Account and Personal Data

CoachLab respects your right to privacy and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and, where applicable, your user account associated with the CoachLab mobile application.

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to the following address:

In your email, please include:

•⁠  ⁠The subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

•⁠  ⁠The email address associated with your CoachLab account

•⁠  ⁠Any additional information that may help us identify your account

This information is required solely to verify your identity and process your request securely.

Upon successful verification, CoachLab will delete your personal data, which may include:

•⁠  ⁠Account information (such as name and email address)

•⁠  ⁠User-generated content associated with your account

•⁠  ⁠Any stored preferences or profile data

Some data may be retained if required by law, for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Any retained data will be limited to what is strictly necessary.

We will process data deletion requests without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving a valid request, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your data has been deleted or explaining any lawful reason why certain data could not be fully removed.
